Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a free shipping label and return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Shipping Your Return
Return the item(s) using the provided instructions. Returns must be shipped back within 7-10 days of receiving the shipping label.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7-10 business days. If applicable, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate an Exchange

Step 2: Ship the Item(s)
Once approved, return the item(s) within 7-10 business days using the provided instructions.

Step 3: Receive the New Product
